And just like that, we somehow made it to Friday yet again. Great for us all! Seriously, at this point survival is about all we can hope for these dayswhat with the earth aflame, all the hatred and divisiveness in our society and culture, a pandemic, and all this economic uncertainty. Ive noticed on social media a tendency for people to be hesitant about excellent things that are happening for them, whether personal or professional or both, and to them I say shout it out from the rooftops! We all need to detect some joy in this life and world these days, and for heavens sakes, dont feel remorseful because good things are happening for you during tough times!
And anyone who looks at your fine news and finds it inappropriate or whateverreally should take a long, strenuous look at themselves and their values, because if you have reached a point in your existence where you cannot be happy for other peoples good news.maybe you shouldnt be on social media at all and deserve to withdraw to restore yourself for a while.
Ill take any joy or happiness I can uncover anywhere in this year
With the passing of Burt Reynolds yesterday, Hollywood lost one of the wonderful box offices stars of the silver screen.
Reynolds irresistible charm came from a combination of undeniable sex appeal coupled with an uncover, self-effacing sense of humor. As Variety puts it, his “post-modern macho posture.”
From through , Reynolds was the top-grossing box office actor in the Combined States.
Films like Deliverance, Smokey and the Bandit, The Longest Yard (Golden Globe nomination), Starting Over (Golden Globe nomination), Boogie Nights (Oscar nomination) were all critically acclaimed.
But there were mistakes along the way, too.
Reynolds famously turned down the role of “Han Solo” in Star Wars, as well as the Richard Gere role in Pretty Woman.
During the early 90s, when great production role offers weren’t coming in, he returned to TV (where he began in the s) with the sitcom Evening Shade, for which he won an Emmy Award.
What many don’t understand, however, was his personal pet plan a theater in Jupiter, Florida, appropriately called, The B
How long do you estimate before the truth about the delayed Burt Reynolds's sexuality is made known to the wider public?
R30 He was nothing at all like he appeared in movies. Very quiet, almost shy demeanor. He and Charles Nelson Reilly ran the apprentice classes/ program and everyone just knew Burt and CRN and even Dom Delouise were gay. Nobody really cared within that circle.
I personally witnessed the aforementioned trio going out late at night with us ( male apprentices). There was a lot of inneundo and drugs.
Females who worked for Burt considered him totally sheltered and we're never invited to the late night after parties.
I actually had my first rim job from a guy who was one of Burt's lovers at the pool at Burt's house on Jupiter Island. I was very young. It was a wild scene. But it was just the way it was at the time.
I am trying to remember more details and dishuh Dick Cavett was a potheadI never saw Loni Anderson - ever. Martin Sheen pinged to me. Adrienne Barbeau was a sweetheart

Does anyone out there know whether or not Burt Reynolds is gay? A good friend
of mine, a journalist, told me this. One of his best friends, who is into the
gay scene, supposedly knows someone (male) who slept with Burt. Also, in a
recent "USA Today" interview with Sally Field, the reporter asked her whether
or not the rumor that Burt has AIDS is true. She said "probably not," but she
and Burt had not parted friends, so she had no way of knowing.
It's not like this is keeping me up nights or anything. I'm just curious. I
love tawdry celebrity gossip.
If this is true, what does that say about Sally Field and Dinah Shore?
